We can develop a comprehensive IM by working directly from notes and spreadsheets provided by you, or optionally, we can conduct interviews with your client to gather necessary information, ensuring a detailed and professionally crafted document.

A Video IM covers all the essential information found in a traditional written IM but presents it in an engaging, multimedia format. This approach can significantly enhance investor engagement and interest in your client’s offering.

Pre-NDA teasers are short, anonymised videos designed to spark investor interest without revealing your client's identity. Post-NDA summaries provide a brief overview of the business seeking investment, including key details that entice further inquiry from potential investors.

Our branding refresh service involves updating and refining your client’s brand aesthetics and messaging, which is especially crucial for businesses looking to exit. This service helps elevate the perceived value of the business, making it more attractive to potential buyers or investors. The service varies depending on client needs, but most often will include refreshing/updating the company logo. It can also include rewriting the company values and purpose, and even renaming the brand.

Confidentiality is paramount in our operations. We adhere to strict NDAs and ensure that all communications and materials are handled discretely, often working anonymously as an integrated part of your team. We never name the clients that we work with or promote the work we have created - this has allowed Mandastory to build enormous trust within the M&A community.

We charge a flat rate of £100 + VAT per page for IM creation, which includes up to 5 rounds of amends. Depending on circumstance, we can also provide an express 24-hour delivery service for £175 + VAT per page. Video IMs are quoted per project but typically cost about 50% more than a traditional IM - however in our experience this investment is very worthwhile thanks to the higher level of engagement that this media offers. Branding projects are quoted according to requirements, typically starting at £3500 + VAT.

Depending on amends and feedback, an average IM takes 5 to 7 days to create. We also offer an express 24 hour service. Branding projects vary by scope but we usually work to tight deadlines and are comfortable in delivering simple brand refreshes in 3 weeks.

Upon completion and full payment, all rights to the materials produced are transferred to you, allowing unrestricted use to support your client’s goals.

Yes! Although we prefer to work in Adobe CC and deliver a final PDF, we recognise that some customers need to evolve the document during the investment process. We can set up the document and/or create it in Canva or PandaDoc, allowing you to import it into your existing subscription. Alternatively we can also create the document/presentation in MS PowerPoint. Please note that we advise our clients to avoid using MS Word.
